CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) Enhanced Disclosure CertificateBefore placing you in the NHS we need to ensure that you have an Enhanced CRB Disclosure Certificate in
our agency name, these are valid for 12 months. The Consultants Agency Ltd is a CRB registered body and
so we are able to obtain these for you. We do pay for these ourselves.It is necessary that you fill in a CRB form which we will provide and we have to send off the original signed document. Hence we will arrange this on an individual basis, normally at the face to face interview and we also have to see some qualifying original documents as these are vital to the process. We need to see one document from Group 1 plus any two from Groups 1 or 2 OR 5 documents from Group 2.
All documents must be originals and not photocopies. In any case we have to see your passport, GMC registration, medical qualifications, EU ID card at the face to face meeting.
